About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce with Generative AI Trainer to conduct practical, industry-oriented online training for students and working professionals.

The trainer should have robust knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Configuration, Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integrations, Automation, Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Generative AI, with hands-on projects and real-time use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct live online Salesforce and Generative AI training sessions.
- Teach Salesforce CRM, configuration, objects, fields, relationships, and security.
- Cover Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Teach automation using Flows, Process Automation, and Validation Rules.
- Explain Salesforce integrations with external applications and services.
- Introduce Salesforce AI, Generative AI, and Agentforce concepts.
- Demonstrate AI-assisted development, automation, data analysis, and productivity use cases.
- Provide hands-on exercises, real-time scenarios, and practical projects.
- Guide students with projects, doubts, and interview preparation.

Trainer Requirements:

- Strong practical knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Development.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce Configuration.
- Good understanding of Salesforce security, automation, and integrations.




- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce AI, Generative AI, or Agentforce is an advantage.
- Knowledge of AI APIs and LLM integration is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior online training and industry experience are preferred.
