Key Responsibilities

- Handle basic electrical maintenance such as lights, fans, switches, sockets and MCBs.
- Attend to plumbing issues such as taps, pipes, flush systems and water leakage.
- Carry out basic carpentry work and repair doors, furniture, locks and fixtures.
- Handle minor civil, painting and general repair works.
- Support basic AC/HVAC maintenance and coordinate with external technicians when required.
- Conduct regular inspection of school facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Respond quickly to maintenance complaints and breakdowns.
- Safely use and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for major repair and maintenance work.
- Follow school safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electrical,



plumbing and carpentry work.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use basic maintenance tools.
- Knowledge of workplace and electrical safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant technical trade preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in a school, hotel, residential facility, commercial building or similar setting will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,355.85 - ₹29,000.00 per month
