Personal Assistant Intern (Part-Time)
Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi (in-office; candidates living nearby preferred)

About
A new-age label in traditional Indian womenswear, building from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founder — which means you see everything: sourcing, vendors, costing, orders, exhibitions.

What you'll do

- Manage the founder's calendar, calls, follow-ups and daily task list
- Maintain records in Excel — inventory, vendor lists, order tracking, expenses
- Basic bookkeeping support: invoices, payment follow-ups, petty cash, simple reconciliation
- Coordinate with tailors, fabric suppliers and karigars over calls and WhatsApp
- Travel with the founder for sourcing trips, exhibitions and vendor visits across India (fully paid — travel, stay, meals)
- Draft and reply to emails and messages in English
- General office and errand support

Requirements





- Comfortable travelling within India, including overnight and multi-day trips (all expenses covered)
- Vegetarian — required, as travel and meals are shared
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (sorting, filters, basic formulas) and comfortable on a computer
- Basic understanding of accounts and numbers
- Fluent in English — reading, speaking and writing. Hindi a plus
- Owns a smartphone with WhatsApp
- Based in or near Vasant Vihar / South Delhi
- Organised, reliable, and able to keep things confidential

Good to have

- Interest in fashion, textiles or Indian ethnic wear
- Own two-wheeler or comfortable with local commute
