Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Sales to manage sales activities across North Kerala. The role involves developing customer and dealer relationships, expanding the channel network, identifying recent business opportunities, and supporting sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales activities across North Kerala.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Identify and develop new channel partners and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer and business-partner visits across the assigned territory.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Follow up on customer payments and coordinate with the relevant internal teams.
- Ensure effective market coverage across the assigned territory.




- Maintain regular communication with customers and channel partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in channel sales, dealer management, distribution sales, or business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
- Willingness to travel regularly within North Kerala.

- Manufacturing
- Building materials
- Other B2B products or related industries

Work Environment

- Field-based position.
- Regular travel across North Kerala is required.
- In-person role.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Building meterials sales: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (Preferred)
