Job Summary
Riseonic Organization is looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Business Development Executives – Banking Sales The selected candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, promoting banking products, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate leads and identify potential customers through various sales channels.
* Promote and sell banking products such as Credit Cards, Loans and other financial products.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking products.
* Acquire new customers and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
* Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.
* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth processing of customer applications.
* Provide regular updates on sales performance and customer status.
