About the Role

This Customer Service Associate role in Siliguri focuses on voice-based customer support in a structured contact centre environment. You will communicate with customers according to their language preference while using internet applications, system navigation tools, MS Excel, MS Word, CRM, and telephony applications to support day-to-day customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in Hindi and English according to their preferred language.
- Understand customer requirements and provide clear, accurate, and professional communication during voice interactions.
- Use internet applications, mobile applications, system navigation tools, MS Excel, and MS Word as required for customer support activities.
- Work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications provided through the hosted Citrix Workspace environment.
- Maintain accurate written communication while following required typing, grammar, and sentence-construction standards.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Language Skills:



Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English according to customer preference
- English Competency: Equivalent to Versant Level 3 or 4
- Typing Speed: 40 words per minute with no errors
- Written Communication: Equivalent to CEFR Level B1, including grammar, sentence construction, and subject-verb agreement
- Computer & Digital Skills: Working knowledge of internet and mobile applications, system navigation, MS Excel, and MS Word
- System Knowledge: Ability to work with CRM, telephony, and contact centre applications through Citrix Workspace
