Visual Mosaics specializes in visual storytelling through photography, videography, video editing, and production. We work extensively across events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, corporate films, promotional content, TV commercials, and brand films.

We are looking for a skilled and energetic Videographer with experience in Events & Exhibitions to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Goregaon, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of event and exhibition videography and know how to capture the energy, scale, people, products, booths, speakers, networking, and important moments of a live event.

This position requires someone who can work confidently in fast-paced environments, make quick creative decisions, and consistently capture high-quality footage.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot events, exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, and corporate events
- Capture agile footage of exhibition booths, products, visitors, speakers, networking, activities, and crowd moments
- Capture cinematic wide shots, close-ups, details, interactions, and creative B-roll
- Understand event flow and anticipate important moments
- Operate professional cameras, lenses, gimbals, tripods, lighting, and audio equipment
- Maintain proper exposure, focus, white balance, framing, and camera movement
- Work with multiple camera setups when required
- Coordinate closely with the production and editing teams
- Organize and manage footage properly after shoots
- Follow client briefs while bringing creativity to every shoot




- Maintain consistent visual quality throughout the project
- Work efficiently during long and fast-paced event schedules
- Travel for outstation shoots across India when required

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of professional videography experience
- Experience in events, exhibitions, trade shows, or corporate events is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of professional camera operation
- Good understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, lenses, frame rates, and camera movement
- Experience using gimbals and other camera-support equipment
- Ability to capture both cinematic and fast-paced event footage
- Strong visual storytelling and shot-selection skills
- Basic understanding of the video editing workflow is an advantage
- Ability to work independently as well as with a production team
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Comfortable working under tight event schedules and deadlines
- Willingness to travel for shoots when required

Important

We are specifically looking for candidates interested in Events & Exhibitions Videography.

This is not a podcast/studio-only videography position. Candidates should be comfortable working on-ground at large exhibitions, conferences, corporate events, and trade shows.

Portfolio / Showreel is mandatory when applying.

Candidates with relevant event, exhibition, trade show, or corporate event footage in their portfolio will be preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level
