Full Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Loan Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new business loan clients, helping local entrepreneurs meet their financial requirements, and guiding them through the application and documentation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and connect with potential business clients, shop owners, and entrepreneurs requiring commercial/business loans.
Client Consultation: Explain business loan options, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria to prospective borrowers.
Document Gathering: Collect and cross-verify essential financial documents including KYC, bank statements, tax documents, and business registration certificates.
Application Processing: Work closely with the operations and credit teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of loan applications.
Target Management: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly disbursement targets.
Client Relations:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive renewals and gain referrals.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales Agency (DSA) preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation skills, and customer service skills.
Assets: A valid driving license and a two-wheeler are preferred for client visits.
