- Senior .NET Full Stack Tech Lead with 10–12+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, Web API, SQL Server, Azure, microservices and DevOps, with proven experience providing technical leadership for enterprise application development and modernization
- Must Have:
- Backend (C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, REST APIs, Design Patterns, SOLID principles
- Frontend : React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3

- Ensure high standards of code quality, maintainability and security, Drive unit testing, integration testing and automated functional testing, Establish appropriate code coverage standards, Participate in defect root-cause analysis.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. Identify opportunities to use AI for: Code generation, Unit-test generation, Code review, Documentation, Defect analysis, Refactoring
- Proven experience leading a team of developers. Mentor developers and provide technical guidance. Conduct code/design reviews and provide constructive feedback. Break down complex requirements into technical tasks. Support developers in resolving technical challenges.
