Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Manager with mandatory EdTech experience to lead business development activities, generate current opportunities, manage client relationships, and achieve sales and admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business development and sales targets.
Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Handle the complete sales/admission conversion process.
Guide and monitor the BDA/Business Development team to achieve targets.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
Identify new business opportunities and potential market segments.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and promotional activities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
Track team performance and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Development/Sales.
Previous EdTech industry experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, convincing, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales/admission targets.
Good knowledge of lead generation and conversion.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
