Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Dispatch to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce or high-volume logistics operations and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end dispatch process, coordinating with courier partners, ensuring timely order movement, resolving dispatch-related challenges, and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with warehouse, customer support, and logistics teams to ensure every order reaches customers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily dispatch operations and ensure smooth movement of customer orders.
- Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickups and efficient deliveries.
- Select the most suitable courier partner based on serviceability, turnaround time, reliability, and customer experience.
- Monitor dispatch performance and proactively address delays or operational issues.
- Ensure order accuracy before dispatch to minimize customer complaints, delivery failures,



and return-to-origin cases.
- Handle urgent and priority shipments with speed and ownership.
- Track and update dispatch status for all orders, including manual and non-API shipments.
- Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and customer support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Ensure all dispatch activities are carried out in line with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve dispatch processes, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency.
- Analyze dispatch trends and prepare regular operational reports to support business decisions.
- Support new process implementation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide and mentor junior team members by sharing best practices and promoting a collaborative work environment.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse operations, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of courier operations, shipment tracking, and last-mile delivery processes.
- Experience working with multiple courier partners and logistics platforms.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse or order management systems.
- A proactive mindset with a robust sense of ownership and accountability.

Preferred Background

- Experience in an e-commerce, healthcare, pharmacy, retail, or supply chain environment.
- Exposure to dispatch management systems, courier aggregators, and operational dashboards.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
