Job Description:

VC Devcon LLP is looking for a Highway Engineer to supervise and manage highway construction activities at our project site in Salasar, Rajasthan.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day highway construction and site execution.
- Monitor Earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM, and BC works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and NHAI/MoRTH specifications.
- Coordinate with Survey, QA/QC, subcontractors and site teams.
- Check road levels, alignment, quality, and progress.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and work records.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and machinery at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.

Requirements:





- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in highway/road construction.
- Knowledge of NHAI/MoRTH specifications.
- Good knowledge of highway construction activities.
- Good communication, coordination, and site management skills.
- Candidates with NHAI/Highway project experience will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
