Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to lead our design team and manage UI/UX requirements across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in UI/UX design, client communication, design leadership, team management, and project delivery.

You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing user-centric design solutions, guiding the design team, and ensuring high-quality design delivery across websites, web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

- Lead the UI/UX design team and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Assign design tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Review and approve designs before presenting them to clients or moving them to development.
- Provide design direction, feedback, and mentorship to UI/UX designers.
- Maintain consistency in design quality and follow established design standards.
- Help the team solve complex UX and design challenges.

Client & Requirement Management

- Communicate directly with clients to understand their business goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and design presentations.
- Convert client requirements and business objectives into clear UX/UI solutions.
- Present wireframes, prototypes, and final designs to clients.
- Handle design feedback and ensure revisions are completed effectively.
- Manage multiple client expectations while maintaining project timelines and quality.

UX Design

- Understand user requirements and business objectives to create effective user experiences.
- Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and prototypes.




- Conduct competitor and market research when required.
- Identify usability issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly experiences for websites, web applications, mobile applications, SaaS products, and dashboards.
- Ensure designs are focused on usability, accessibility, engagement, and business objectives.

UI Design

- Create modern, clean, and visually appealing interfaces.
- Develop high-fidelity designs using all the cutting edge AI tools including traditional Figma, Figma Make, Claude Design, Chatgpt with Figma plugin, Google Stitch and beyond.
- Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.

Team Management & Mentoring

- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify skill gaps within the team and support continuous improvement.
- Help establish better design processes and workflows.
- Encourage creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail within the team.

Development & Internal Collaboration

- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, SEO, Content, and other teams.
- Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase to ensure designs are accurately translated into working products.
- Provide design specifications, assets,



and documentation required for development.
- Review implemented designs and identify UI/UX discrepancies.
- Participate in brainstorming and solution discussions with internal teams.

Project Delivery

- Manage design timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Ensure designs are completed according to project requirements and deadlines.
- Identify potential design challenges and resolve them proactively.
- Maintain proper documentation and organized design files.
- Ensure final designs meet both client expectations and internal quality standards.

AI & Industry Trends

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and design practices.
- Explore AI-powered tools to improve research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and design workflows.
- Introduce new tools and processes that can improve team productivity and design quality.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
- Previous experience in a service-based company, digital agency, or client-facing setting is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Figma Make, Claude Design, Chatgpt with Figma plugin, Google Stitch and beyond..
- Excellent understanding of UX and UI principles.
- Strong experience in wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Experience working on websites, web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, and digital products.
- Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Strong client communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team of designers.
- Strong understanding of responsive design and design systems.
- Good understanding of design-to-development handoff.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
