DhanMithra Marketing & Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, business development, sales activities, customer relationships, and team performance.
The ideal candidate will assist in achieving branch targets, coordinating staff, handling customer requirements, monitoring daily operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The candidate should have strong communication, leadership, customer-handling, and team-coordination skills, along with a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.
- Support the achievement of branch sales, business, and customer service targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor and support the performance of branch staff.
- Assist in customer acquisition, lead generation, and business development activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support field and sales teams in achieving assigned targets.
- Monitor daily branch activities, attendance, and staff productivity.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly branch performance reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of branch records, documents, and customer information.
- Coordinate with the Head Office and other departments regarding branch-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Assist in staff training, team coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Support the Branch Manager in implementing business strategies and operational plans.
- Handle branch responsibilities in the absence of the Branch Manager, as assigned.
- Maintain a professional and positive working environment within the branch.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Salary & Benefits

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, providing timely support, resolving queries, and contributing to customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, applications, payments, renewals, and other requirements.
- Maintain updated customer databases and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly customer follow-up reports.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of customer information.

Telecaller / Telecalling Executive
The Telecaller is responsible for contacting prospective and existing customers, explaining company products/services, generating leads, following up with customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Experience

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and customer relationship teams.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager.
