Job Summary

MAS Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to join our Quality Department. This role provides hands-on experience in handling customer complaints, investigating quality issues, and implementing corrective actions while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, review, and record customer NCRs, complaints, and quality issues
- Assist in investigating customer complaints using problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues
- Support implementation and verification of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
- Ensure timely closure of NCRs and assist in preparing responses for customers
- Maintain records of NCRs, CAPA, and corrective actions as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements
- Support internal and external audits related to quality systems and customer complaints
- Track quality trends, scrap, rework, and improvement actions




- Participate in quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Understanding of quality tools such as 7 QC tools, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly
- Familiarity with inspection instruments is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in Quality / Manufacturing
- Preferred Location: Candidates from Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Khalapur
