We are looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media Intern to assist in managing and growing the organisation’s social media presence. The role will involve content creation, social media management, audience engagement, trend research, content planning, posting, analytics and day-to-day digital marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing the organisation’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule and publish daily social media posts, stories, reels and other content in line with the organisation’s brand and communication strategy.
- Monitor social media accounts, comments, messages, mentions and audience interactions and ensure timely responses or escalation where required.
- Develop engaging captions, post ideas, reels concepts, stories, polls, carousels and other social media content.
- Create and edit basic visual and video content using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.
- Assist in growing the organisation’s followers, reach,



engagement and overall social media presence through consistent and relevant content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, content formats and digital marketing practices.
- Take up ad-hoc content, marketing, creative and administrative responsibilities as and when required.

Skills & Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Basic proficiency in Canva and/or video editing tools.
- Ability to write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Good understanding of hashtags, reels, stories and social media content formats.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
- Proactive, creative and willing to experiment with current content ideas.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
