Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate negotiation, along with good knowledge of ATS, HRMS tools, and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/HRMS systems.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Negotiate compensation, offers, and joining timelines with candidates.




- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and maintain accurate recruitment reports.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and close positions within the required timelines.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and TAT.

Preferred

- Experience in handling multiple non-IT functions and senior-level hiring.
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong networking and talent-pipeline-building skills.
