Shift: Night Shift Location: **You are currently living in Gurugram India, and are interested for long term onsite role with early stage fast growing healthcare services company** Experience: 3-5 Years (Onsite in Gurugram) Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end billing (RCM) processes.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and ensure timely collections.
- Analyze and resolve claim denials efficiently.
- Perform consistent and accurate claim follow-ups.
- Maintain compliance with billing standards and procedures.
- Must have positive knowledge of different EHR systems like Simple Practice, Charm EHR, Epic, Claims MD, Athena, Waystar.
- Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Commitment to working night shifts Mandatory Requirements: 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri shift. Compensation: Monthly Salary
