NnAbout the Role NWe’re looking for someonewho can build and manage high-value partnerships for founders, understanding what founders need, identifying the right partners, negotiating meaningful benefits and ensuring founders actually use them. NThis is a hands-on role requiring strong business development, outreach, negotiation, relationship management and execution. NnWhat You’ll Do Nn Identify founder needs and build partnerships around those requirements N Source and onboard technology, cloud, professional services and sector-specific partners N Build relationships with decision-makers across enterprises and service providers N Own partner outreach, pitching, negotiation and onboarding N Negotiate meaningful credits, discounts,



services and other founder benefits N Build relevant partnerships across sectors including Deeptech, Defence, Space Tech, Biotech and Climate Tech N Drive founder awarenessand adoption of partner offerings N Track partner activation, founder utilization, feedback and value delivered NnnWhat We’re Looking For Nn 2–4 years in partnerships, business development, startup programs or relevant client-facing roles N Strong businessdevelopment, outreach and negotiation skills N Ability to independently identify, pitch and close partnerships N Strong relationship andstakeholder management N Good understanding of startup and founder needs across stages and sectors N Robust execution and follow-through N High ownership and ability to work independently NnnCore Skills NFounder Empathy | Ownership | Business Development | Partnership Building | Commercial Negotiation | Relationship & Stakeholder Management | Startup Understanding
