NnJobTitle: Motion Graphic Designer NLocation: Bangalore (on-site) NExperience: 3-7 years NJob Type: Full Time; Work From Officen NRole Overview: NWe‘re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring brand storytelling to life through motion graphics, animation, and visual effects across social media and digital campaigns. NnYou‘ll workclosely with the team of copywriters, visualizers, designers, and social media team to build a distinct and engaging visual storytelling for Barbeque Nation across platforms. NnThis is a hands-on role for someone who combines a strong design sensibility with expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nn Design and createhigh-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, performance ads and brand communication N Bring statics and key visuals to life through animation, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects. N Conceptualize motion treatments, storyboards,



and animatics that translate creative ideas into engaging visual narratives. N Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, typography, transitions, and sound design. N Coordinate with production teams, video editors, and external vendors to deliver seamless campaign execution. N Stay current on emerging animation, motion design, and AI-assisted design tools, and bring new techniques into the team‘s workflow N Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. NnnSkills & Qualifications: Nn Bachelor’s Degreeor Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. N 3-7 years of professional experience in motion graphics/ animation in an advertising or digital agency N Strong portfolio in motion graphics, animation, video editing and digital creative work N Experience in Food & Beverages, Hospitality & Restaurant brands. N Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must N Strong understanding ofmotion graphics, 2D animation, visual effects (VFX), kinetic typography, video editing N Good understanding of social media video formats, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific requirements. N Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc. N Knowledge of Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar 3D/motion design tools is an added advantage. N Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. N Attention to detail andability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
