Job DescriptionCompany Description Sisir Radar Private Limited is pioneering high-resolution L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) technology and building India’s first drone-borne SAR platform. The company focuses on all-weather, day-and-night imaging solutions whose commercial and strategic applications are not affected by clouds, smoke, fog, or darkness, making advanced radar imaging more accessible and affordable. Its drone-borne SAR systems reveal fine, otherwise invisible details for tactical, civilian, and industrial uses. The organization is guided by founder Tapan Misra, a globally recognized expert in Imaging Radar, former Director of ISRO’s SAC and PRL, and lead designer of the NASA-ISRO dual frequency SAR (NISAR). Candidates joining Sisir Radar will contribute to high-impact technology at the intersection of aerospace, defense, and data-driven applications. NKey Responsibilities: N● Coordinate technical projects from planning through execution. N● Work closely with engineering, R&D;, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. N● Track project schedules, deliverables, and dependencies. N● Prepare project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports. N● Monitor project risks and escalate issues when required. N● Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.



N● Maintain project documentation and ensure timely follow-up on action items. N● Support process improvements and contribute to effective project management practices. NQualifications and Skills: N● Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Aerospace, Remote Sensing, or any other Science discipline. N● Experience: 0–3 years. N● Freshers with strong technical aptitude and excellent academic performance are encouraged to apply. N● Exposure to space technology, radar systems, drones, GIS, remote sensing, or embedded systems will be an added advantage. N● Candidates with prior experience in technical project coordination, engineering, or research projects will have an added advantage. NRequired Skills: N● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. N● Excellent verbal and written communication. N● Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities. N● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. N● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). N● Willingness to learn and work with multidisciplinary engineering teams. N● Knowledge of project management tools such as Zoho Projects, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar tools is an advantage. N
