? Hiring | Head of Operations – Gold Processing Location: Bangalore Experience: 12–15 Years Industry: Gold / Precious Metals We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to manage multi-state gold operations across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Kerala. Key Requirements:
- Solid hands-on knowledge of gold processing, melting & purity testing
- Understanding of gold quality checks, assay, weight verification & purity certification
- Experience in gold buying/processing, bullion or precious metals operations
- Strong data, MIS & analytical reporting skills
- Experience coordinating with Wholesale Vendors, Finance, Marketing & Admin teams
- Proven experience managing multi-location/state operations
- Excellent English & Kannada communication – Kannada is mandatory
