Job Responsibilities:

- Management and further development of the maintenance department
- Coordination, approval and independent execution of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensuring high plant availability and expanding the TPM system
- Professional and personal development of subordinate staff
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety at work.

Key Skills Required:

- Very valuable written and spoken German & English
- Min 3 years of practical experience in the maintenance of production machinery and plant.
- Experience in managing a maintenance team within a manufacturing company, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of control and regulation technology, electrical engineering, and electromechanics. Experience with lean management methods.
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety.

Educational Qualifications:

- Degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Training as an industrial foreman or technician
