Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship is ideal for candidates pursuing CA or CS who are eager to gain practical exposure in accounting, taxation, corporate compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates with prior internship or article experience in a CA Firm will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of ROC forms and ensure compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR), GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Pass journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare working papers and schedules for audits and statutory compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.
- Conduct research on corporate laws, taxation, and regulatory updates.




- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal teams for compliance-related matters.
- Assist in drafting resolutions, compliance documents, and other corporate records.
- Perform any other finance, taxation, or compliance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Pursuing CA or CS (Intermediate/Final level).
- B.Com graduates pursuing qualified qualifications may also apply.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 (Mandatory).
- Valuable knowledge of the Income Tax Act (Mandatory).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC compliances, and corporate filings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous internship or article experience in a CA Firm will be preferred.
- Exposure to MCA, Income Tax, and GST portals.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
