We're Hiring: Video Editor Intern

Can you turn raw footage into a video people cannot scroll past

The Farmosphere is looking for a video editor who understands pacing, storytelling, sound, colour and visual continuity. Your primary responsibility will be editing—taking available footage and turning it into polished, engaging videos that feel like one coherent story.

You may occasionally help source stock footage, shoot simple clips or generate visuals using AI, but content creation is secondary. What matters most is your ability to edit well.

What you'll do:

• Edit Instagram Reels, advertisements and project videos

• Turn raw footage into structured, engaging stories

• Improve pacing, transitions, colour, sound and visual continuity

• Select suitable clips from original footage and stock libraries

• Add subtitles, motion graphics, hooks and on-screen text

• Create simple price cards, location cards and sales creatives

• Revise edits based on feedback and take videos through multiple rounds when needed





• Occasionally use AI-generated visuals when the concept requires them

What we're looking for:

• Strong command of at least one video-editing tool, such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro

• A good eye for pacing, music, colour and composition

• The ability to recognise when clips do not belong together or an edit feels rushed

• Basic knowledge of subtitles, transitions, sound design and colour correction

• Attention to detail and willingness to improve an edit until it works

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, After Effects or AI video tools is helpful, but not mandatory

• Willingness to learn current tools and workflows when required

This is a paid, onsite internship at Noida, Sector 65.

Portfolio is mandatory. Please share complete edited videos—not only individual clips, effects or AI experiments.
