Hiring: Head of Accounts & Control

Odoo ERP experience mandatory

We are looking for a high-caliber Head of Accounts & Control to lead our accounting, reporting, and controllership function across a multi-entity environment.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with deep expertise in financial close, global consolidation, IFRS reporting, intercompany accounting, audit management, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities: -

Lead end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness.

Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple entities.

Manage global consolidation, consolidated financial statements, and reporting under IFRS/Ind AS.

Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, eliminations, transfer pricing transactions, and cross-border accounting activities.

Ensure accurate accounting of multi-currency transactions, FX translation, remeasurement, and treasury-related reporting.

Review revenue recognition, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and general ledger controls.

Lead statutory, tax, internal, and group audits while ensuring robust compliance and documentation standards.





Establish and strengthen accounting policies, SOPs, internal controls, and governance frameworks across entities.

Partner with international finance teams to ensure consistency in reporting standards and accounting treatments.

Drive ERP governance, automation, process optimization, and finance transformation initiatives.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Financial Controllership, Accounting, Group Reporting, or Financial Control.

Strong expertise in:

- Multi-Currency Accounting & FX Treatment

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, global stakeholders, and complex finance operations.
