Role Description This is a full-time Telesales Specialist role in a hybrid work model, based in Ambala, with some flexibility for work from home. The Telesales Specialist will contact prospective and existing customers by phone to promote relevant products, explain features and benefits, and generate sales orders. The role includes qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, preparing basic quotations, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking systems. The specialist will respond to customer questions,



coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensure a smooth ordering and delivery experience. Daily activities also involve meeting individual and team sales targets, participating in product training, and sharing customer feedback to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including telesales, lead qualification, and negotiation.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, such as clear verbal communication, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Training-related capabilities, including willingness to learn product details and share knowledge with customers when needed.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical equipment sales is an advantage.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software for tracking calls and orders.
- Ability to work towards defined targets, manage time effectively, and collaborate with sales and operations teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
