About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities related to investment and wealth management services. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of investment-related processes while coordinating with clients, internal teams, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day investment operations and back-office activities.

- Process and maintain records of mutual funds, investments, transactions, and client portfolios.

- Assist with investment applications, KYC, account opening, redemptions, switches, SIPs, and other transactions.

- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, platforms, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Maintain accurate client and transaction data and ensure proper documentation.

- Track investment transactions and resolve operational issues promptly.

- Prepare reports, statements, MIS, and other operational documents.

- Follow up on pending transactions, payments, documents, and client requirements.





- Ensure all operational activities are completed accurately and within timelines.

- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information.

- Support the team in improving operational processes and maintaining proper records.

- Perform other investment-related operational responsibilities as required.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of investment and financial products.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.

- Prior experience in wealth management, mutual funds, financial services, or investment operations will be an advantage.
