The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to lead AI-based tool implementation across compliance organizations. This role will drive productivity improvements, identify cross-leverage opportunities, and partner with technology and science teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Key job responsibilities
• Lead AI tool adoption strategy across RISC and broader compliance organizations
• Partner with Product, Science, and cross-functional technology teams to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions
• Establish and track productivity metrics and goals for AI-enabled compliance operations
• Identify opportunities to cross-leverage AI solutions across multiple compliance workflows and programs
• Manage end-to-end program delivery for strategic AI initiatives from conception through implementation
• Drive alignment on AI roadmap priorities with senior leadership and technical stakeholders
A day in the life
As a Senior Risk Manager,
you will develop AI adoption strategy and represent key compliance functions in cross-organizational forums. You will work with Product, Science, and Operations leaders on the RISC team to drive AI tool adoption, track productivity improvements, and resolve implementation challenges. You will attend and present during XBRs and report on AI initiative progress, productivity metrics, and cross-leverage opportunities.
