Duties and responsibility

1. Recruit for entry-level profiles in operations, sales, marketing and software development.

2. Stakeholder management – collecting hiring requirements from senior management, creating job descriptions, setting up recruitment workflow, completing post hiring documentation.

3. Campus Hiring – Plan and execute campus recruitment strategies across colleges and universities.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with campus placement cells, faculty, and students.

5. Manage pre-placement talks, screening tests, interviews, and offer processes for campus hires.

6. Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective tracking and reporting.

7. Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

1. A Graduate in HR Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA in HR preferred) with excellence in academics.

2. Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.

Requirements

1. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

2. Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable with public speaking and campus engagement.

3. Positive understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms.

4. Ability to handle multiple hiring drives and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. Data-driven with attention to detail for reporting and process management.

Job Specification:

Location: Kundli, Delhi NCR

Stipend: 10,000 to 15,000 per month
