- Manage and support the Maximo CMMS platform to ensure effective manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of the Maximo system to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with other Alcon plants to standardize CMMS processes and ensure consistent system implementation.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in governance meetings and contribute to the review and optimization of preventive maintenance programs.
- Support system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GxP validation practices and business requirements.
Skills Required:
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in CMMS implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo and CMMS applications.
- Proficiency in SQL for data management and reporting.
- Positive understanding of Business Process Management and workflow configuration.
- Experience in system testing, implementation, and validation.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business process improvements.
Good to Have:
- Experience in Inventory Management.
- Familiarity with GxP Validation Practices.
- Knowledge of application troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Understanding of maintenance management processes and preventive maintenance.
