- Lead and coach a team of recruiters
- Manage hiring pipelines and weekly targets
- Run pilots of new recruitment tools
- Report team performance to the TA manager
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, including leading others
- Robust pipeline management skills
- Experience with ATS and job portals
