Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who can manage social media accounts, develop content strategies, coordinate with creative teams, and drive engagement and brand growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage monthly content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, content ideas, hooks, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other creative teams.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, trends, formats, and best practices.
- Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of social media requirements.




- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure consistent brand communication.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably in a digital/media/creative agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Good knowledge of content strategy and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and audience behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience working with designers and video editors.

Preferred

- Agency background is preferred.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns will be an advantage.
- Candidates who can independently plan and execute social media strategies will be preferred.
