Roles & Responsibilities

Reach out to and counsel nurses regarding employment opportunities in Germany.

Explain the benefits of working in Germany, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.

Present and promote German language training packages that are essential for overseas job opportunities.

Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.

Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
