As a Data Engineer at Frontline Data Solutions, you will focus on the implementation of our Analytics platform using Fabric to create high-performance report and dashboard APIs.

What You’ll Do

- Data Architecture: Design and evolve data schemas, transforms and pipelines for scalability, and long‑term performance.
- Performance Optimization: Tune queries, indexing, and database configurations and transforms.
- Reliability & Recovery: Maintain high data availability and ensure data integrity.
- Operations Management: Monitor data system health, troubleshoot incidents, and manage upgrades, patches, and migrations across environments.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering,



and Technical Services to align data solutions with platform and customer needs.

Skills You’ll Need

- Experience with MS Fabric:2+ years of experience with Fabric, One Lake, Pipelines, Notebooks and Event streams
- Experience with Spark: 2+ years of experience with Spark, PySpark, understanding of distributed processing and data frames.
- Advanced SQL Expertise: 3+ years of experience with SQL Server and similar RDBMS, specializing in expert-level SQL, query tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis.
- Strong background in performance engineering (database optimizers, schema design) and high-availability architectures, including replication, read replicas, and Availability Groups.
