About Arnage Group

Arnage Group is a new international hotel group, building a family of hotel brands for independently owned hotels, resorts, and extended-stay properties worldwide.

About the Role

As a Revenue Manager, you are responsible for the performance of 8 hotels, across a mix of our brands. You work remotely as each hotel's Revenue Manager. The hotel has the final say on pricing, but relies on your expertise.

What You Will Do

- Set and adjust pricing and rate strategy for your hotels.
- Track demand, seasonality, local events, competitor pricing, and booking pace and pickup.
- Forecast performance for each hotel.
- Manage distribution across OTAs, GDS, wholesale, groups, and direct bookings.




- Hold a 30-minute weekly online meeting with each hotel's management to present that hotel's weekly report and align on pricing strategy for event days, high season, base rates, for the weeks and months ahead.

What We Are Looking For

- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hotel revenue management experience, including cluster revenue management.
- Experience with revenue management systems, property management systems, channel managers, GDS, and OTA extranets.
- Strong written and spoken English, for working with hotel owners and managers internationally. Fluency in Spanish, French, Italian, German, or another language is an advantage.

Compensation

- Full time position, fixed salary of USD 2,600 per month.
- Remote position.
