- Review and support with day-to-day quotations
- Support product with checking local charges and agreement quotes to ensure we minimize potential branch losses.
- Plan and support with huddles and monthly meetings to discuss market intelligence and delegate workloads within the team.
- Take an active role in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business.
- Grow department Revenue in line with District budget target and management expectations.
- Be open to implementing recent system changes and enhancements into your department.
- Be involved and suggest system/process improvements.
- Assist the Manager with EPE’s on the department in line with the 3+1 Initiative.
- Assist the Manager with key staff with goal setting and monitoring development.




- Support the manager as required and applicable in the following areas:- Proactively work to maintain accounts payment within 30 days.- Ensure company credit procedures are followed and utilized effectively.- Manage accounts payable to vendors, utilizing BNP.- Manage intercompany accounting discrepancies via AJAX report
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and in being the role model of integrity and pride for all employees. - Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations. - Maintain a positive relationship with the Trade Compliance Manager and support all compliance efforts and trainings.
