Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the Accounting department, maintaining strong financial process controls, operational efficiency, and supporting hotel growth.
- Develop and implement business strategies, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and supporting strategic decision-making.




- Lead and manage the Accounting team, fostering a culture of growth, development, accountability, and performance.
- Take ownership of the hotel budget and overall Profit & Loss performance.
- Ensure that all accounting functions are properly controlled, reviewed, and developed in accordance with company standards.
- Analyse business performance and accounting practices, providing recommendations to improve financial results.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, preparing all necessary documentation for internal and external audits.
