Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and talent management in a professional corporate workplace.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
• Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes
