Job Role: Creator (Meme Pages)
Work Mode: Freelance, Remote (WFH)

Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and internet-savvy Creator to manage and create content for our meme-focused pages. The ideal candidate should have sharp meme instincts, strong visual sense, and a deep, current understanding of internet culture, trending formats, and meme-ability. This is a content drafting, editing, and creative role working behind the scenes — not an on-camera/appearing role.

Responsibilities:

- Create original, high-engagement memes and relatable content across trending formats
- Design visually sharp memes and social media assets optimized for shareability
- Edit short-form content, reels, and trend-based meme videos
- Use AI tools to speed up ideation, editing, and content output
- Stay constantly updated with viral trends, meme culture, pop culture moments, and meme templates as they emerge
- Understand audience behaviour and platform algorithms to craft memes that drive shares, saves, and comments
- Collaborate with the team on meme ideation, batch planning, and execution

Requirements:

- Strong meme sense and timing (know what will land and why)
- Good understanding of Instagram, X/Twitter, and broader meme/internet culture ecosystems
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation/editing
- Ability to spot and jump on trends quick, before they peak
- Strong visual/design sense — clean text placement, right templates, right pacing
- Ability to work independently and deliver fast-paced, high-volume meme content
- Creative mindset with attention to meme and cultural nuance

Preferred Skills:

Experience running or contributing to meme pages, pop-culture pages, or relatable-content accounts
Knowledge of tools like Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.
Familiarity with meme formats/templates and platform-specific trends (Reels vs. Twitter vs. WhatsApp forward-style content)
