We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to manage the company's finance, accounting, taxation, compliance and project finance functions. The role will work closely with the management, production teams, clients, vendors and auditors to ensure strong financial control across creative and production projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.

•Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF and other statutory compliances.

•Manage financials for production projects, including budgets, costing, estimates, invoicing and project reconciliation.

•Monitor project profitability, revenue, margins, expenses and cash flows.

•Prepare monthly MIS, budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

•Manage client billing, vendor payments and reconciliations.

•Oversee payroll and related accounting activities.

•Coordinate with internal/external auditors and tax consultants.

•Ensure compliance for international/cross-border payments and FEMA.

•Review financial aspects of production,



talent and vendor agreements.

•Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting processes.

•Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management.

Key Requirements

•Qualified CA with 6 years of experience.

•Solid experience in Financial Accounting, Taxation, MIS, Budgeting and Cash Flow Management.

•Experience in Media / Advertising / Entertainment / Production / OTT or other project-driven businesses preferred.

•Strong understanding of project costing and profitability.

•Experience managing multiple entities/projects simultaneously.

•Proficiency in Tally, ERP and MS Excel.

•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
