- Recruit and onboard new Insurance Advisors/Agents.
- Develop and maintain a strong advisor network.
- Activate and support advisors to improve productivity.
- Provide product knowledge and regular guidance to advisors.
- Conduct field visits and build solid market relationships.
- Generate business through the agency network.
- Monitor advisor performance and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1+ year experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
- Agency Channel experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and target-based responsibilities.
