We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM / MM / WM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management (WM). The candidate should have experience in SAP configuration, implementation, integration, testing, production support, and enhancement activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, inbound/outbound processes, put-away, picking, replenishment, and warehouse integration with other SAP modules.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP Configuration & Implementation

- Configure and customize SAP EWM, MM, and WM based on business requirements.

- Analyze business processes and translate them into SAP standard/custom solutions.

- Participate in end-to-end SAP implementation projects from Blueprint through Go-Live and post-Go-Live support.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP/technical teams for custom developments.

- Configure warehouse processes including:

- Inbound processing

- Outbound processing

- Put-away

- Picking

- Replenishment

- Internal warehouse movements

- Stock removal strategies

- Wave management

- Physical inventory

MM / Procurement

- Work on core SAP MM procurement processes, including:

- Purchase Requisitions

- Purchase Orders

- Contracts

- Scheduling Agreements

- Goods Receipt

- Inventory management

- Material master data

- Stock types and goods movements

- Inventory valuation

EWM / WM Processes

- Configure and support warehouse management processes across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.

- Work with warehouse process types, storage types, storage sections, activity areas, queues, warehouse orders/tasks, and relevant EWM configurations.





- Support put-away and stock-removal strategies.

- Configure/support wave management, replenishment, RF processes, and physical inventory.

- Work with Warehouse Monitor and PPF.

- Support EWM–ERP integration and troubleshoot interface/process issues.

Integration

- Support integration between SAP EWM/MM/WM and FI, PP, and SD.

- Understand end-to-end integration between procurement, inventory, warehouse, production, and sales processes.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Testing & Go-Live

- Prepare test scenarios and execute:

- Unit Testing

- Integration Testing

- UAT

- Regression Testing

- Validate end-to-end business processes.

- Support data migration, cutover, mock runs, deployment, and Go-Live activities.

- Provide post-Go-Live stabilization support.

Production Support & Enhancements

- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM/MM/WM.

- Analyze incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

- Resolve configuration and process-related issues.

- Deliver enhancements and process improvements.

- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM.

- Solid knowledge of SAP MM and WM.

- Experience in SAP EWM/MM/WM configuration and implementation.

- Strong understanding of:





- Procurement / Source-to-Pay

- Inventory Management

- Warehouse Management

- Inbound & Outbound processes

- Put-away & Picking

- Replenishment

- Stock removal

- Wave management

- Experience with Material Master and inventory processes.

- Experience in at least 1–2 full-cycle SAP EWM/MM/WM implementations.

- Production support and enhancement experience.

- Robust troubleshooting and RCA skills.

- Experience working with ABAP/technical teams and functional specifications.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

- SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM / Decentralized EWM experience.

- Experience with RF Framework.

- Knowledge of PPF.

- Experience with EWM Warehouse Monitor.

- EWM–ERP integration experience.

- SAP EWM certification.

- Exposure to SAP FI, PP, and SD integration.

- Experience in global warehouse or manufacturing environments.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Consistently strong academic record across SSC, Intermediate/Diploma, and Graduation.

- SAP certification in EWM/MM is an advantage.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on SAP EWM consultant who also possesses strong MM/WM process knowledge and can independently handle configuration, implementation, testing, production support, troubleshooting, and stakeholder coordination.
