Redient Security is a fast-scaling cybersecurity startup protecting enterprise SaaS and cloud-native environments. We build high-performance backend systems that process billions of security events daily to ensure resilience, low latency, and global compliance.Role & Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain distributed backend services using Go and Python.
- Power our core threat intelligence engine and compliance automation platform.
- Optimize API performance and data flow across microservices and Kafka streams.
- Handle high-throughput workloads using event-driven architectures.
- Collaborate with security teams to build scalable rules engines and anomaly scoring pipelines.
- Implement secure authentication, RBAC, and audit logging using OAuth2, JWT, and OpenPolicyAgent.
- Deploy infrastructure via Terraform and Helm on AWS and GCP cloud environments.




- Manage SRE practices including observability with Prometheus and Grafana.

Skills & Qualifications (Must-Have)

- Strong programming experience in Go or Python
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC
- Data streaming experience with Apache Kafka
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS cloud services
- System monitoring and observability using Prometheus

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

- Experience with OpenPolicyAgent (OPA) or Chaos Mesh
- Familiarity with Cybersecurity frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK;
