Job Title: Work from Home Telecaller / Telesales Executive

- Salary Range: ₹8,000 to ₹20,000+ per month (plus performance incentives, depending on experience and industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a enthusiastic and self-motivated remote Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services from a home office setup. The ideal candidate has clear verbal communication skills, a stable internet connection, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of calls to prospective leads, customers, or clients from the provided database.
- Pitch & Explain: Clearly explain product features, pricing, services, or project details and handle initial objections.
- Lead Generation: Qualify leads, set up callbacks, and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
- Data Management: Accurately update call logs, customer details, and lead statuses in the CRM software or daily Excel trackers.
- Customer Support: Answer customer questions, resolve basic issues,



and collect feedback.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, talk time, and conversions.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum 10th pass, 12th pass, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; 0–2 years of prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in local languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi, English) with a clear, polite, and confident speaking voice.
- Technical Setup (WFH Mandatory):
- A personal laptop or desktop computer.
- High-speed broadband internet connection.
- A working USB headset/headphones for clear audio.

- Soft Skills: Good active listening, problem-solving attitude, and discipline to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
