SAP Data & Analytics Platform Consultant / Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Data & Analytics qualified to support a strategic technology planning engagement for a global pharmaceutical client. The role will assess the client’s SAP data/analytics landscape and its integration with Databricks Lakehouse, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned with the target-state data platform architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess the current architecture, configuration, and usage of SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW, and SAP Datasphere.
- Evaluate integration and data flows between SAP platforms and Databricks Lakehouse.
- Identify architecture, configuration, integration, performance, and scalability gaps.




- Recommend improvements and target-state design considerations to better align SAP platforms with the broader enterprise data ecosystem.
- Participate in technical discussions and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BW/BW4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Good understanding of SAP data architecture, modeling, extraction, and integration patterns.
- Experience integrating SAP data platforms with Databricks, cloud data lakes/Lakehouses, or similar modern data platforms.
- Ability to conduct technical architecture assessments and gap analyses.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with enterprise architects and data platform teams.
