We are seeking a qualified and experienced Consultant Ophthalmologist (MS/DOMS) to join our outpatient department at a reputed eye care and surgery centre in Punalur, Kerala. The role involves providing high-quality ophthalmic consultations, diagnosing eye conditions, and managing patient care primarily in an OPD setup.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and patient consultations.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of ophthalmic disorders including cataract, glaucoma, and retinal diseases.
Prescribe treatments, medications, and non-invasive procedures as required.
Refer patients for surgical or higher care if necessary.
Coordinate with the optometry and support staff to ensure smooth OPD operations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and patient records.
Qualification and Experience:
MS or DOMS in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with Medical Council.
0–5 years of experience (freshers can also apply).
Prior experience in an OPD or clinic-based setting is preferred.
Skills Required:
Strong clinical knowledge in ophthalmology.
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a clinical team.
Job Timing: Day shift, OPD hours (Typically 9 AM – 5 PM)
