About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling D2C skincare brand builder operating across India, we’re engineering the next generation of beauty brands through data-led storytelling, consumer obsessions, and omni-channel growth systems. We’re not just launching products—we’re architecting category-defining brand identities, building cult communities, and scaling direct-to-consumer flywheels that convert curiosity into loyalty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end brand strategy—from positioning and voice to campaign architecture—for high-growth skincare D2C brands.
- Translate consumer insights (from social listening, purchase data, and surveys) into compelling brand narratives and product-led marketing hooks.
- Own the brand’s competitive differentiation: build market maps, identify whitespace, and design category disruption playbooks.
- Partner with growth, performance marketing, and product teams to align brand messaging with conversion levers and retention engines.
- Develop visual, verbal,
and experiential identity systems that scale across digital, social, and physical touchpoints.
- Track, report, and optimize brand health metrics—awareness, sentiment, share of voice, NPS, and brand lift—using tools like Brandwatch, Google Trends, and SurveyMonkey.
