Time Heist is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Steward to join our team in New Town, Kolkata.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2 3 years in a restaurant, hotel, or fine-dining establishment
Salary: Up to 15,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

The ideal candidate should have 2 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations and be comfortable working in a professional dining environment. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar team.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper service standards.
Ensure tables are clean, properly arranged, and ready for guests.
Assist guests with menu-related queries and provide basic information about dishes.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.




Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
Follow restaurant service procedures and food safety standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

Requirements:
2 3 years of relevant experience in a restaurant, hotel, caf, or fine-dining establishment.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Good grooming and personal hygiene.
Candidates with fine-dining or premium restaurant experience will be preferred.
