Oracle EBS Technical Developer – APEX & OIC

Job Summary

OSI Digital is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer with Oracle APEX & OIC expertise to work on new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Oracle APEX, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Integration Cloud, with the ability to develop technical solutions and support integrations across enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

- Work with Oracle functional business analysts to understand requirements and prepare technical specification documents (MD70).
- Design, develop, and unit test technical solutions based on functional design documents.
- Meet defined SLAs for production support response and resolution.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.
- Design, develop, and support integrations between Oracle EBS, third-party applications, REST/SOAP APIs, and databases using OIC and APEX.
- Develop and maintain OIC integrations using various adapters and scheduled integrations.
- Troubleshoot integration failures and manage monitoring, error handling, and performance tuning.
- Provide production support for Oracle EBS, APEX,



and OIC solutions.

Required Skills

- 6–8 years of overall Oracle experience with at least 3 years of Oracle APEX development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience developing APEX pages, Master-Detail Forms, Tabular Forms, APEX Collections, Interactive Reports, and Charts.
- Experience building APEX extensions using REST and SOAP Web Services.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience developing OIC integrations using REST/SOAP, ERP Cloud, DB, FTP adapters, and scheduled integrations.
- Good understanding of integration architecture, data mapping, security, logging, and end-to-end integration testing.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP for building extensions.
- Knowledge of other scripting languages.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript.

We Are Not Looking For Someone Who

- Lacks hands-on Oracle APEX development experience.
- Has no practical experience with Oracle EBS and OIC.
- Has limited experience developing REST/SOAP integrations.
- Requires continuous supervision to complete technical development activities.
- Is not willing to work from the office.
